At the end of the day though, the way we startup founders are working does not scale. And with startup founders everywhere trying to iterate fast and build businesses that scale exponentially are in fact, ironically, doing it all in a manner which does not scale. Any successful startup takes 18+ months for a medium sized exit (non acq-hire) and atleast 3 years to become an overnight success.
